Buddhism can be described as a religion as well as a philosophy and way of life.

Within the Buddhist way it is encouraged to have a moral compass by which you direct your daily activities, to always be mindful and aware of how your thoughts and actions influence life, and focus on learning to develop a deep wisdom and internal awareness.
