Bereavement Connection

Grief is a universal experience. Going through grief is not easy, it is a journey you must negotiate alone, but you do not have to do it without support, care, and understanding. 

We deal with grief and loss every day.  However, loss is not simply about death and dying. There are literally hundreds of losses we experience in our lifetime. We can experience loss of home, job, connection, health, relationship, faith, and self-esteem to name just a few.  While every loss may not evoke the same emotional response, each one still affects us on some level.  Finding the tools to self-heal the mind/body/ and spirit from loss through learning, support, and connection is what this site is about.  Join us in the journey of healing.  By beginning to heal ourselves, we begin to heal all things.
