Just wanted to let you know I visited the website and I think it is great. There are some awesome videos (I haven't watched them all yet, but look forward to doing so)and some wonderful music. Good work.

I just visited the laugh therapy page and the video of the baby laughing is the bomb. I laughed sooooo hard and feel great. Laughter really is good medicine. The sound of baby laughter is the best; so pure, real and true.

All the people throughout my life who were naysayers pissed me off. But they've all given me a fervor; an angry ambition that cannot be stopped - and I look forward to finding a therapist and working on that.

You are very correct, that those that stir us from within, although they appear to be disruptive can be our greatest gift in discovering who we are and what we are truly about. The trick is to take the gift without taking it personal.
